Summary

On the shores of Tuz Lake in the Anatolian heartland, Salih and his daughter depend on selling salt for survival. Their fragile existence is threatened when a private company monopolizes the region’s resources, forcing local workers into poverty and illegal labor. After sacrificing his savings to recover his horse, Salih secretly returns to the lake, refusing to surrender to the forces reshaping their world.
